Welcome to Patterns ("the Application"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Patterns mobile application for iOS and Android, operated by Tunnxo ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Patterns, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
1. Description of service
Patterns is a personal correlation tracker and habit-journaling tool that runs entirely on-device. The Application lets you log observations, track streaks, visualise correlations, export health summaries, and manage habit routines — without sending any of that data to a remote server.

Patterns is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Correlation insights and radar visualisations are for informational and educational tracking only. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.
2. Subscriptions & in-app purchases
Patterns offers optional premium features under the Patterns Pro subscription brand.
2.1 Plans
- Patterns Pro Monthly (
patterns_pro_monthly) — auto-renewable, $4.99 / month. - Patterns Pro Annual (
patterns_pro_annual) — auto-renewable, $39.99 / year, includes a 7-day free trial. - Patterns Pro Lifetime (
patterns_pro_lifetime) — non-consumable, $79.99 one-time, grants all current and future Pro features.
2.2 Billing & auto-renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
2.3 Managing & cancelling
Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time via your device account settings:
- iOS: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Patterns.
- Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Patterns.
3. Local data ownership & user responsibility
- Local storage. All habit data and experiment records reside exclusively on your device.
- Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for keeping backups of your device and app data. We cannot recover data lost to device failure, OS resets, or uninstallation without a user-created backup.
- Export & import. Patterns provides built-in tools to export and import your data in JSON format.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tunnxo or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, device damage, or personal injury arising out of or in connection with your use of Patterns.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
